We have used FoodRGB natural coloring solutions in our beverages for several years. The colors that they provide always exceed our performance requirements. I will mention one unique situation that illustrates why we prefer to work with FoodRGB. During one production run we noticed that the normally red color in our product looked different. FoodRGB promptly sent two R&D team members to investigate. Only two days later, they found the reason. We had been using tap water in the production of this product. FoodRGB discovered, due to drought conditions at the time, the chloride ion level was temporarily elevated. The higher chloride ion in the water affected the final color of our product. In one week FoodRGB provided a solution that solved the problem. We were very happy with the level of support we received and remain very confident in FoodRGB’s capabilities.

It took almost two years to complete our natural color project! As a large international company, sometimes our new projects take a bit longer to ensure the desired performance has been achieved.
